Plan for today:
– 8-9: breakfast, meds, tea, first round of email: done
– 9-10: train with Liz
– 10-2:30: write fiction, email, deal with bank, garden, do laundry, sew tea towels (running low on stock)
– 2:30-3:30: tea break, meet with custom peony table client, give away hydrangeas for the digging
– 3:30-4:30: work with Shaun Duke on SLF free intro to speculative fiction mini-course (coming soon!)
I’m trying really hard to only work eight hour days in the summer, so I’m not putting anything else on the schedule. But realistically, I’ll probably end up doing 1-3 more hours of crafting before bed. Although I’ve started reading The Buffalo Hunter Hunter (which just won the Nebula), so maybe that’ll get me to sit still for a few hours…
T-shirt pic because when Benjamin Rosenbaum saw me wearing it, he laughed out loud.
“That’s what I do — I grow stuff and I know things.”
