Enjoying my new t-shirt. “That’s it. You’re going in the compost!”
So far this morning, woke up tired, considered cancelling session with trainer (first one I’ve had time to schedule in close to a year — have really neglected health with all the business opening work), decided that was wussy, did session (go, me!).
Ate breakfast, showered and dressed, then had session scheduled with therapist, considered cancelling that since I have so much to do, decided that was wussy, did session (go, me!). Taking care of physical AND mental health.
Now I just need to actually
• schedule a dentist appointment (it’s been over a year, eep — usually I go every three months because I have terrible gums),
• schedule a physical therapy appointment for my stupid wrist,
• do an overdue MRI just to keep monitoring for potential cancer (very unlikely at this point, but still),
• schedule my bloodwork and do it, to see if I’m actually in menopause at this point (fingers crossed yes),
• get my shingles vaccine (now that summer has started, I can afford to be sick for a few days if it hits hard)…
…and I’ll actually be caught up on health stuff again. I think I’m not due for another COVID vaccine ’til the fall.
Okay, 20 minutes to gather up stuff and possibly print SLF brochures if Connor can get me the PDF in the next 20 minutes, and then go to the Nebulas for my 1 p.m. panel, followed by meet-and-greet. Not sure how late I’ll be sticking around today — we’ll see how tired I am. But possibly there for tea and/or dinner and/or evening reception (though I don’t love driving back in the dark…)
