In service of my plan to be more sane and NOT work all the time, I met up with 4 girlfriends for dinner last night at Trattoria 225 Oak Park, IL for a desperately needed catch-up. We had a great time, the weather outside was perfect, and big thanks to the restaurant for not kicking us out until closing (we met up at 5, and left at close to 10!).
The crab arancini were particularly fun (sort of a cross between crab cakes and arancini), and the lemon sorbetto was the perfect end to the meal.
