Hello, colorful paper chains and daffodils!

It is really hard to take photos of a window display through the glass — is there some trick to it? No matter where I stand outside, I get so much reflection!

Well, anyway, the March window has been taken down (goodbye, moss balls and snowdrops!), and April is up (hello, colorful paper chains and daffodils!).

They say you should change your window display every month at least, if not more often, to catch the attention of passers-by. It would be even better if I actually got my store sign hung — I swear, it’s in progress. Hopefully up very soon!

At least I like designing window displays. 🙂 Check out the bunny on the wine bottle label — adorable! (Both the woman behind me in line and the checkout lady ooh’d over the design. I haven’t actually tasted it yet, so can’t speak to whether it’s any good…)

Shout-out to Kevin who texted to ask me if I wanted to watch TV last night, and then came down when I asked to watch in the living room so he could help me assemble the paper chains. I didn’t make him work on the decoupage daffodil eggs, though, or the giant crepe paper daffodil. I’m not totally heartless.

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday this week, you get a free daffodil with purchase, as long as supplies last — we’ll see how generous my garden decides to be. And I’ll have some lime and lemon marshmallows to sample too….
