Not a lot of time for art this week; Kavi’s home for spring break, so there’s been a lot of maximizing time with her (including lots of running her to doctor & dentist appointments and the like) — she did request one fun thing, so I went with her to get mani-pedis, and amusingly, we picked very similar nail color pinks. It must be spring. 
Kevin covered for me at the studio so we could do that, such a nice boy.
I’m at the studio ’til 7, so I did spend a little time this afternoon making more buttons and hair clips (so springy! so adorable!).
I’m still trying to get the store fully stocked — there isn’t quite as much of most items as I’d like there to be, because I’m still catching up from all the Christmas sales that cleaned me out. Good problem to have, and I’m getting closer to full inventory now.

Board Game Night: We have lots of games here; you’re welcome to bring your own too. Usually we’ll start off with an easy group game, then break up into smaller tables. All are welcome, ages 14+.

Book Club: Mostly science fiction & fantasy (on the literary side), sometimes political. In April, we’ll be reading _All Systems Red_, by Martha Wells. All are welcome, ages 18+.

Co-Writing: Write quietly in company. Headphones recommended (it’s possible customers will come in). Generally we chat for the first 10-15 minutes of the hour, then work for about 45 minutes. Repeat. All are welcome, ages 18+.

Garden Club: Come talk plants! Bring plants and seeds to share, take some away (we always have more than we need, because gardens are generous, so don’t feel like you need to bring something to be able to take). Bring your garden problems and questions and ideas, and we’ll try to help if we can! Indoor / outdoor / beginners welcome. All ages.

Yarn Circle: Bring your projects (crochet, knitting, embroidery, etc.) and work in company. Beginners are welcome — this isn’t a class, so you should know the basics (Dye Hard Yarns offers classes locally). But if you get stuck, someone will try to help you! All are welcome, ages 18+.
