Reading all the stuff about Minnesota organizing (yay!) is making me kind of want tuna noodle casserole with potato chips crumbled on top and jello ‘salad’. Leah Cutter made us Minnesota comfort food for a Clarion dinner one night, and I’ve never forgotten it.
(It was delicious. Surprising, but delicious.)
