I think I’ve finally got some liatris (aka gayfeather, blazing star) established — I’ve tried to plant this native a few times, but it never made it to blooming. Fingers crossed it’s settled in now.
It does seem a little twisty — I’d prefer it to be slightly straighter, since it’s near a path. Anyone know if that’s natural for this plant, or is that a sign of lack of water or something else?
