Centaurea montana starting to bloom. Planning to collect and dry the blue petals — they’re edible! I’m in the process of getting my food license for the Berwyn Shops (plan to finish the licensing today) — I’m not going to sell a lot of food there, but I think some little jars of edible flowers may be showing up soon. 🙂
