Hellebores in full bloom at this point in the season — filling half an ice bucket at the weekly collection. As the years go on, they’ll get bigger, bloom more, I’ll divide them and make more plants, and eventually, there will be enough to fill the entire ice bucket at one go.
Of course, will we still be living here at that point? We’ll see…the plan is at least three more years here, until Anand’s done with high school. Beyond that, it’s all unclear, but probably at least a few more years. If we do sell the house, I hope I can find a gardener to sell it to…
