Bulbs planted in layers — tulips planted at the bottom, with smaller bulbs chionodoxa and snowdrops above. The snowdrops come out first, then the chionodoxa — now the tulip petals are pushing out strongly, and soon, tulips!
Plant as bulbs in the fall. You can dig a deep hole (or trench) and layer even more in — alliums at the deepest, a little soil on top, then tulips, repeat soil, then daffodils, etc. Start with the depth that the biggest bulb requires, and then just do progressively smaller bulbs as you go up layers.
