Candle experiments. I made the bowl from resincrete, then poured soy wax and embedded petals. Almost love it — I pressed the petals down into still liquid wax, and that solidified on top of them; don’t love the look. Will try again without pressing down, and I think I’ll be good.
Going to take a week off from making (on the 25th, we’re going to Mexico to meet the in-laws and cousins), but when I get back it’ll be time to start production for Valentine’s Day…
