Found a new jeweler to love — designer Kate Mitchell, of Twig Designs, based in Oak Park. She was at the One Lake Brewing maker faire, and I indulged myself in a pair of her hawthorn earrings — I always buy myself a Christmas present, and this is this year’s. They’re very delicate, and also spiky. 🙂
