There’s still room for some tropicals.

Even though I’m trying to incorporate more natives into my garden (lots more!), there’s still room for some tropicals. They live in pots, mostly on my sunny back deck, and come back in for the winter. Natives are good; friendly immigrants are also good. 🙂

Pictured here: succulents (not tropicals, I think), duranta, bougainvillea, lantana, yellow mandevilla, moonflower vine (typically an annual here, but I may try to overwinter it), yellow shrimp plant, red mandevilla. Jasmine too, just budding. I also have a couple colors of hibiscus spotted around the garden.

NOTE: Moonflower / datura is very poisonous — do not plant where pets or small children might eat.
