Local folks. I was thinking about what I could do to help the migrants right now, and I think some clothing sorting / storage is within my capacity.
I’ve hosted clothing swaps before, so I’m going to try that – next Friday, details on the event page, all leftover clothes (and usually there are lots) I’ll donate to refugees once we have a central place to send them; I can sort and store them until then.
(If any of you are hosting refugees whom you’d like to bring by earlier that day to ‘shop,’ just let me know! I’d love to give them first dibs.)
