The Wharf Fish Market

Vegetarians, skip this one.

The Wharf fish market was pretty cool — the kids were particularly interested in the massive piles of dead fish, and the bins full of live and moving crabs.

I’ve never seen so many different varieties of shrimp in one place — it made me want one of each, cooked simply with butter, so I could compare and contrast and take notes. Also some fish, like pompano, that I’ve never cooked or even tasted.
