I have a 4200 word essay about food and authenticity, “Uppuma Chicken”. My writing workshops will look at it, if I ask, but they’re really more fiction focused. I think I might need a nonfiction workshop. But in the meantime, anyone want to read this and give me feedback?
Ideally I’d love readers who would normally read and enjoy food essays in magazines and anthologies, so you have some sense of what I’m aiming for.
