Lori also took me out for a lovely birthday lunch at Amerikas, and I really need to eat there more often, because everything was delicious. I had the ‘surf and turf’ taco (shrimp and potato and chorizo, SO GOOD) and the chicken enchilada (I could only eat half of it, my eyes were bigger than my stomach, but I brought the rest home for Kevin), and then we split churros with dulce de leche sauce. ALSO, she got me adorable elephant bookmarks, because she is the best.
