Roshani and I had dinner with George last night. I try not to pester George with selfie requests — he always says yes, but he must get so tired of it. But I did grab a quick pic of him ordering their Dragon cocktail — duck fat washed templeton rye, 5 spices, luxardo cherry, cherrywood smoke. (Shanghai Terrace)
I had one too — it was DELICIOUS. We passed around the bottle of smoke, sniffing it; it smelled so good.
