It was getting chilly last night and we had a frost warning (which thankfully seems to have not materialized), so Kev and I pulled the tropicals inside for the winter. Anand finished school and walked into the living room:
Anand: “Wow! There are a lot of plants here!”
Me: “Yes. Yes there are.”
Anand: “Do I have to water all of these too?”
Me: “Yes. Yes you do.”
(Watering the indoor plants is one of his regular chores. It’s going to take him a bit longer now…)
