We Were Being Fancy

We actually plated the appetizers, since we were being fancy, although I felt a little silly doing so, because La Notte had done a lovely job plating them in their takeout containers. By the entrees, we’d given up on re-plating!

I’d recommend all of these: caesar salad in a Parmesan bowl, antipasto tray, burrata with pesto and prosciutto, sausage and peppers, all with yummy bread and our own olive owl and vinegars (including a lovely apple vinegar from local store, Olive & Well, which does specialty olive oils and vinegars).

The burrata was probably my favorite; Kavi liked the caesar salad, and Anand was a big fan of the sausage. Kevin ate all of it, but I don’t know which he liked best.
