I’m turning into a gym bunny. When did this happen? I realized this morning that I was trying to figure out if I could squeeze the budget enough to manage two sessions a week with the trainer instead of one, and/or extend them past the end of the year. (The original plan was once a week from Oct-Dec). After six weeks training with Justin once / week, I just feel notably better overall — stronger and healthier and more able to do things like run for the train. 🙂 The gym is having a holiday promotion now — buy a gift card and get an extra couple of sessions. It’s very tempting. Weird.
