At the Garden Club tea party, there was much delicious food. I do like ridiculous little sandwiches. The Sri Lankan ribbon sandwiches were well-received, although too spicy for a few. (I did cut back on the spice!) The creamy curried mushrooms also went over well.
Big thanks to Kavya for help spreading the various mixtures — today was tightly enough packed that I literally could not have gotten them done if I hadn’t inveigled her into helping me for forty-five minutes. She even turned off her My Little Pony show when I begged her to go a little faster, please…
