Plan for today -- go out and clean up the yard a bit more, get dressed and go teach two classes, come home, get the car, drive to the hospital for follow-up with surgeon and consult with plastic surgeon re: possibility of reconstruction. TOTALLY waffly about the latter, but worth having the conversation, at least. Then go buy a replacement rake, pick up NyQuil and Synthroid, and more gardening, perhaps.
