So my writing day got off to a slow start, but Amanda is here now, and she is diligently typing, and so I will do the same. Writing by self-imposed guilt? Better than no writing at all.

Still under the weather with this cold; also, it is grey and rainy, and I got thoroughly damp waiting at the school bus with the kids, so I spent an hour huddled on the couch under a blanket with Ellie watching Project Runway this morning. Then another hour cooking breakfast (which will also be lunch & dinner) because I had nothing to eat. Or nothing I wanted to eat, anyway.
