Right. I forgot this…

Right. I forgot this from the last time I exercised regularly. I started exercising daily again about a week and a half ago. Today, I got to 7:30 p.m. without any exercise, and I was in a TERRIBLE HORRIBLE NO GOOD VERY BAD mood. And I finally flung myself on the treadmill in a fit of abject frustration -- and lo, here we are, twenty minutes later, and I feel totally fine and just like myself again. Jeez.

My body is apparently very habit-forming when it comes to exercise -- do it regularly for just a week, and apparently, I'd better not stop. Fine.
