Okay, various things scheduled for today cancelled, so I'm going to try to start writing again today. I have a few more things to do first, but current plan, start writing soon, while walking (slowly) on treadmill. Aim for 1000 words, roughly one hour / one scene. Then assess how I feel -- if not exhausted, go to gym for a swim (and stop at UPS store nearby for errand). Slow and steady into the new year with new good habits. Ben Franklin thought that if you did something consistently for seven days, it became a habit, and he was a pretty accomplished guy, if also somewhat morally...flexible. Join me?
