I finished a lovely…

I finished a lovely dinner with Jed, Jo Walton, Ann Leckie, and assorted other delightful people, and was briefly tempted to try to figure out which bar the writers were hanging out in the evenings at this WorldCon anyway -- this has been a mystery to me thus far. But a coughing fit and pounding head convinced me that it would be the better part of valor to retire to my room. Since I am not quite ready to sleep yet, I plan to spend the next hour or two *answering backlogged e-mail*. If that isn't the definition of being responsible and grown-up, I don't know what is.

I am tempted to beg someone to rescue me from this folly.

But really, I think sleeping quite a lot tonight would be wise. Thirteen hours of sleep last night made a vast improvement; I'd like to see the same kind of improvement tomorrow.
