Perfect weather for…

Perfect weather for Kavi's birthday today (sunny, high of 68), and prep is going smoothly. I have to say, the child planned well by being born on May 18th -- in addition to the lovely weather, having a party a week after our semester ends makes a huge difference to how much mommy-time is available for sewing, cooking, etc. Tomorrow I start summer work -- writing, writing, and more writing. But today, I get to be mommy full force. :-)
