There is a lovely little…

There is a lovely little blue house on my block that is about to go on the market, and if I had any spare money I would buy it and rent it out, because I am pretty sure I would make money in the end, and also, I would rent it to someone cool, and they would be my best friends, and they would play board games, and we would have enough people for a regular board game night, and maybe they'd have kids who could play with my kids, or perhaps even better, a pre-teen ready to start babysitting, and, oh yes, they would be a more experienced gardener than I am, so I could take all my garden questions to them. And they would knit with me, and brew beer with Kevin. That would be cool.
