Still trying to decide…

Still trying to decide what kinds of photos are useful in a cookbook. For this one, I made a composite photo showing a pork curry before and after the addition of tamarind. I chose that because I don't use tamarind in other meat curries, so it's pork-specific. Useful? I'm not sure, but I think it's pretty.
