I have about two hours of computer work to do today, and six hours or so of organizing / cleaning -- Kevin's parents are coming for a visit, and while they are sweet enough that they won't actually care if the house is a disaster, their visit is good motivation for getting some curtains hung, the mudroom cleared out, a plant repotted, etc. and so on.
Of course, all I actually want to do is lie on the couch with tea, watching _Rosemary & Thyme_. Why do gardeners torment themselves with shows featuring glorious gardens in the middle of winter? Are we all masochists? And the seed catalogs -- they just keep coming and coming, and I'm pretty sure I didn't sign up for any of themsomehow, they KNOW.
