True confession time. This looks like quite a lot of food, no? Enough to feed several people lunch, yes? But you know what this is? This is actually the leftovers from today's lunch, being packed up to go into the fridge. After feeding 14 adults, 9 kids, and sending two plates home for people who couldn't make it. I have got to stop fretting about there not being enough food. There is ALWAYS enough food in this house, one way or another.
