Given my standard fretting about not-enough-food, I pulled out a bag of frozen cocktail samosas from the freezer, and fried them up in the leftover oil still hot from the eggplant-frying. Efficiency is my watchword!

I need that pan for the salmon curry shortly; otherwise I would've left the samosa frying until just before people arrived for lunch. But I think this will work out fine -- I'll pop them in the toaster oven to heat up at noon, and I think that should work fine, yes? They are certainly yummy now. Breakfast!
