Woke up early, but only…

Woke up early, but only just before Anand, who is now playing video games and eating peanut butter crackers. Made tea; watching The Good Wife, cleaning and cooking. Chicken and potato curry is simmering; I'll have a bit for breakfast soon, and then on to the lentil curry. My house is warm; it smells good; my child is happy. Nice way to start the new year.
