I quadrupled the batch, which didn't actually work so well -- I think I didn't toast the nuts enough, and also didn't get enough salt in the final result, and also have too high a proportion of mango to nuts. Oh well. They are still yummy, if not quite as addictive as the last time I made them. I think they will be appreciated. Cooked while chatting with Nadine, who came over to work with me and Jed yesterday. It's nice to have company for one's labor!
