Lemon-rosemary shortbread. Easy, delicious, and you can't actually quite taste the rosemary (which I was afraid of being too strong), but it makes for a wonderful scent. Recipe made 13 squares in my Nordicware pan, although that's because I did them a bit thinner than usual -- it would probably make 9 regular squares. Wanted to have enough for both gifting and to put a few out at party. :-)
