I like looking at my fridge and seeing stacks of cookies and truffles. The sugar cookies are waiting to be iced, hopefully later today; then they go in the freezer. The bittersweet truffles are waited to be rolled in crushed candy cane, and then they'll be wrapped up (in what? plastic wrap? wax paper? foil? not sure what is optimal yet, but want to wrap both for freshness and so I don't get tempted to eat them all) and re-refrigerated.
It feels like Christmas every time I open the fridge.
