Am doing housekeeping at…

Am doing housekeeping at the SLF, saying goodbye to old staff, preparing to welcome new staff. It's always a little sad seeing people go, but it's also part of the natural life cycle, especially of volunteer non-profit organizations. People give time when they can, and when they can't, somehow, we find people to take their places. But it's sad.

All of which is a roundabout way of saying that I'll be listing some SLF staff positions soon, so if you're interested in volunteering in an arts organization that serves science fiction and fantasy as a genre, you could watch for that listing, and/or just drop me a line.

Please do note that SLF staff are not eligible for any of our writer grants, both while they volunteer with us, and for a year after they leave.
