Finished!! There are mistakes, but I am not even going to tell you about them, because who cares? The scarf that would never end (Baktus pattern, Kauni yarn) has finally ended, and I have learned several lessons, the first being that I am not patient and should not undertake really long slow projects. I am an instant gratification kind of girl. But it's done, it's done, and I am quite charmed by the result.
The kids love it too, and even though it's way too long for them, they keep stealing it. Rainbow is popular with them. I actually don't normally wear such bright colors -- I mean, there's even yellow in this scarf. Weird. But I think it'll be great for fall (it's got to start getting cold around here sometime), and should layer nicely over my brown leather jacket. Also, did I mention, it's DONE!!!
