Walk in the woods. Before I went, I kind of felt like I wanted to punch someone. Stress levels just getting too high. Was better after an hour in the woods. Starting to climb again. Good thing I'm at Ragdale next week. Maybe I won't write anything and will just walk in the prairie ALL THE TIME. Taking photos really helps calm me. Sketching too, though I get frustrated. And I really ought to get a zoom lens -- I saw two deer, but just barely managed a blurry pic of one before they got freaked out and bounded away.
