The plan: Make an honest, hard effort to answer them all before the end of the summer. I started with over 700 in June. The day before the semester starts, four weeks from today, if any are remaining, delete them all, declare e-mail bankruptcy, and start the semester with inbox zero, and try to maintain that going forward. It is helping to have a deadline.
