Father's Day dinner -- peppers stuffed with sausage. I started with an Epicurious recipe, but they said to just mix everything and bake it in the pepper. That just seemed sad. So dice onion and garlic, saute, add sausage, salt and pepper, brown, stir in half a can of fire-roasted tomatoes and/or wine and scrape up any browned bits, turn off the heat and add in chopped zucchini and fresh chopped parsley from the garden, mix well, stuff peppers, bake at 350 for 45 minutes or so.
