Signed up for a new gym membership today at FFC. Am hopeful that this will get me to swim at least twice a week, and take some yoga, etc. classes as well. It comes with four personal training sessions, so I'm hoping to use that to get some feedback on my weight lifting regime (which has been on hiatus due to illness for much of the winter, and I miss it).
Any local friends who want to work out together, let me know. :-)
