I went for a swim today (thanks for the guest pass, Julie), and it was awesome. 30 minutes of swimming laps, five minutes of whirlpool, five minutes of wet sauna, five minutes of dry sauna. Felt so serene and good when I finished. If I had 45 minutes to spare -- okay, with changing time, call it an hour -- every day, I would be a much happier woman. Must try to reshape life to make this possible at least once or twice a week.
