Last week, with a car…

Last week, with a car accident, two deaths, hosting a party, Valentine's day, and a friend's birthday party, was not a good week to try to make nutritional changes. But I am now back on the no-sugar, no-white stuff, no-alcohol, no-potatoes wagon, and am planning to continue this through the end of March.

Breakfast today: brown rice cake and a lot of blueberries (it was an oddly harried morning). Lunch: Kev made chicken and white bean soup (from scratch), which I had with tomatoes, followed up by a banana. Lots of tea. Dinner will mostly be a salad of radicchio, red-leaf lettuce, radishes, pomegranate seeds, and feta cheese, probably plus some nuts and more of the soup. It is MUCH easier to eat this way when you have time + energy to grocery shop and cook.
