Got a $21 footstool from Amazon, recovered unattractive fabric with a fat quarter I liked better ($5) and my handy staple gun. Now I can sit in my office chair without dangling feet (irritating) or feet tucked up under me (numbing after a while), hooray. I am feeling very capable in this moment. All in the service of more writing!
