Publishing question….
Publishing question. There are going to be sixteen illustrations in The Stars Change. Would you put all sixteen in all three editions, or would you do 8 in the ebook, 12 in the limited edition trade paperback, and 16 in the limited edition hardcover? (I.e., better to make the limited editions more 'special', or better to let all readers see all of Jack's awesome illos?)
All of them in all the editions please. Wouldn’t want to miss out on the illustrations on the ebook particularly.

All of them in all of the editions please. It makes me really cranky when authors or editors put some things in some editions and leave them out of others.
