Remember those hinges? …

Remember those hinges? Now they're on doors. Yay! We also salvaged some lovely old knobs and...umm...faceplates? escutcheons? I'm not sure what that part is called, but it's cool. I wish we'd had enough to do the whole house.

I particularly love this transition, from the hallway in Downpipe grey to our cheerful little pantry in Cook's Blue. Can't wait to see how it looks when they stain and oil the new doors and trim to match the old wood doors / trim. Picture all that wood in a warm honey gold.
