Still Life with Baby
I know it sort of looks like Kavi's smiling, but she isn't. It's just a trick of the light. We're still waiting for that first real smile. Soon, we hope.
That's my knee below her elbow, by the way. It turns out that I can balance the baby on my thighs and lean over her to type with the laptop on the ottoman. Useful trick when it's too hot to wear the sling.
