Sri Lankan Short StoriesYet another book about American immigrants comes from Mary Anne Mohanraj. Her collection of short stories, "Bodies in Motion" (HarperCollins, $23), follows two generations of Sri Lankan-American families. There are the usual themes of value clashes and adjustments to Western society, but with a bit more emphasis on the loves, ambitions and sexual experiences of those involved.
